When is your Florida condo's milestone inspection due?

Florida requires a structural milestone inspection of condo buildings with three or more habitable stories when they reach 30 years, and a structural integrity reserve study (SIRS) every 10 years. We join six public records to show, for each condo community, the year its first inspection was probably due and whether its SIRS is on file with the state.

The rules in one place

Each guide cites the statute section for every rule: the milestone inspection law, the structural integrity reserve study, what inspections and studies cost and what HB 913 changed. The deadline calculator works out your own dates from a year built, a story count and your city's 25-year rule if it has one.
