About Condo Due Date

Condo Due Date (condoduedate.com) is a reference site on Florida condo buildings, launched in 2026, that joins six public records to show when each community's first milestone inspection was probably due and whether its structural integrity reserve study is on file with the state.

We aren't engineers, attorneys, inspectors or a government agency. A page here is a reading of public records, not a finding about a building, and it doesn't replace the local building official's notice or an engineer's inspection.
