Email condoduedate@agentmail.to with the page address and what's wrong. We check it against the public record and either fix the page or tell you why the record says what it says, within 2 business days. There is no form: your email is the only thing we receive.

What helps us fix it fast

Most errors come from three places. DBPR's condo file lists a declaration date, not a certificate of occupancy date. Our match to DBPR's SIRS database is by name and address, so a renamed association can be missed. The story count is self-reported in the SIRS filing. If your building's facts differ from what a page says, tell us and we update the page, or add the fact you give us with your document as its source.

Wrong in DBPR's own records? Ask DBPR to correct it at the source, then tell us and we'll refresh on the next pull. See Data status for pull dates.
