Privacy

This site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when your browser fetches them. The deadline calculator runs in your browser: what you type stays on your device.

We count visits with DataFast, an analytics service. Its script records the pages you view, the site that sent you, your browser and device type and your approximate location, and DataFast receives your IP address to do that. It sets two cookies, datafast_visitor_id and datafast_session_id, so a return visit counts once. Two goals are recorded: a click on a "how quote requests will work" link and a click on an "email a correction" link. These counts show which pages people use. They don't tell us who you are.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and operations.

If you email condoduedate@agentmail.to, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use it only to answer you and fix the page. The building records on this site are public records published by Florida agencies; we don't add names of owners, officers or residents.
